Return Policy: SKiN GRAFT offers returns for most items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email orders@skingraftrecords.com and make sure to include your name, email address used to place the order and order number.

- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability. You may not want it, but somebody else will!
- CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.
- Once the return is received, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item (but not our postage and packaging costs).

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email us to discuss replacement or refund options.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable.
