On June 19th, 2020 from midnight to midnight Pacific Time, Psychic Graveyard, Secret Fun Club, Skin Graft and Bandcamp donated all profits from this single to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
PSYCHIC GRAVEYARD revisit their debut LP "Loud As Laughter" with "Cheap Casket" - a surprise late-blooming follow up to their earlier singles “Dead In Different Places” (remixed by the Electro-House duo MSTRKRFT) and “Loud As Laughter” (remixed by LIARS). The B-Side is an exclusive remix by Three One G recording artists SECRET FUN CLUB.
Psychic Graveyard’s members previously played in the bands Arab on Radar, Some Girls, All Leather, Chinese Stars and more.
San Diego‘s Secret Fun Club has been the longstanding musical outlet for drummer and engineer Sal Gallegos (Some Girls, Three One G) and bassist John Rieder. An ongoing collaboration that formerly included Psychic Graveyard's Nathan Joyner, the band has been making odd, challenging, and relentlessly heavy music on its own terms for over ten years.
